LG MOBILE - “CASH BHI AISH BHI OFFER”
To take the market by storm by its innovative range of products and create an excitement among the consumer this festive season, LG Mobile has come up with LG MOBILE-“CASH BHI AISH BHI OFFER” with many mega prizes and HONDA CITY CAR as bumper prize.
This festive season from 18th September 2009 to 20th October 2009 every LG Mobile GSM handset buyer will get a scratch card which will have two designated scratch units.
Terms & Conditions :
The scratch card needs to be peeled/scratched off at the designated areas by the customer in the presence of a Dealer or its Authorized Representatives at the Dealer premises.
1st Scratch Unit:
Customers will win guaranteed cash back of up to Rs. 1000/-, which will be given to the consumer to the retailer on the spot.*
2nd Scratch Unit:
Customers get a chance to win either of the following bumper prizes: HONDA CITY(1.5 SMT), 82cm LG LCDs(Model Number:- 32LG80FR), 53cm LG Slim TVs(Model Number:- 21FJ8RG3),, 2.1 Channel LG DVD Players(Model Number:- DV 235).*
The above mentioned bumper prizes are not assured and will be available only on few lucky scratch cards. Incase the card does not carry any bumper prize, LG Mobile will donate Re. 1 to CRY (Child Rights and You) on behalf of the customer for ensuring underprivileged children their right to childhood. Regarding CRY (Child Rights and You) donation, a customer doesn’t have to pay anything. LG MOBILE will donate the amount on behalf of the customer.
The free gifts/prizes are not exchangeable for any other product and cannot be encashed under any circumstances.
*The winners of the bumper/mega prizes need to submit the photocopy of the scratch card along with the invoice at the branch office of LG Electronics India Pvt. Ltd.The branch office will send the scanned copy of the scratch card to the LG GSM Corporate Team to verify the authenticity of the scratch card (as all scratch cards carry a unique code/Serial No. /Spl. Signature) which is mentioned at the Corporate Office of LGEIL. Once the authenticity is proved, the prize will be sent to the winner within 30 days from the date of purchase depending on the availability of the model.
LG MOBILE will try its best to deliver the free gifts/prizes to the customer within the specified time. However, LG MOBILE will not be liable for any delay in the delivery of the prizes due to non-availability of the stock or for any other reason beyond its control.
The decision of LG MOBILE in respect of colour/model of the free gifts/prizes shall be final and no dispute shall be entertained in this regard.
All applicants’ gift tax and/or any other statutory levies on the free gifts/prizes shall be exclusively borne by the respective winners. The requisite gift tax/statutory levy shall have to be submitted to LG MOBILE by winner before making the requisition for receiving the free gifts/prizes. LG MOBILE will issue the tax deduction certificate to the respective winner on the due date.
