Last year, we received thousands of responses from the length and breadth of the country, and most people complained about the quality of customer service and the lack of high-speed, unlimited connections. Ping times and latencies were another common complaint. Akash from Delhi, a hardcore online gamer stated last year that: “I have to restrict myself to servers that are close by and hence cannot play with popular servers from USA and Europe cause the ping time to those servers is too high. My choices are currently limited to Korean and Australian servers”.
