1. The contest Moov Lagao Toss pe Jao (the contest) will be open from 15th January, 2010 to 10th March, 2010 for Indian Nationals and foreign nationals settled in India.
   
2. The Special Combo Pack contains inter-alia a card, informing the gift you have won. Fill in all the correct details in the enclosed contest form and send by post to the address mentioned in the contest form to confirm your winning and participation in the contest. You will receive confirmation from the Company on the address provided by you on receipt of your contest form. No request for change of address will be entertained after receipt of contest forms. All gifts/prizes under this contest are non-transferable and can neither be encashed nor be clubbed with any other contest/offer/scheme/promotion of the Company.
   
3. The contest forms for various prizes won will have to be sent before the last date of receipt of the contest form which is as under:

4. The Company will not be responsible for any loss caused by damage, delay or non-receipt of the contest form by post. The proof of posting of contest form is not a proof of delivery at Ahmedabad.
   
5. The winner of the Moov lagao Toss pe Jao will be invited to any one of the matches for the Toss ceremony in which Rajasthan Royals is participating. The venue of the match will be decided by the company. One return journey free economy class air ticket will be provided to the winner from the nearest airport to the place of residence of the winner. The winner will be provided free hotel accommodation. The winner is also entitled for one way train travel to reach the nearest airport in AC- Chair car or AC-3 Tier (sleeper) for which the fares will be reimbursed on production of actual train tickets.
   
6. The winners of Meet & Greet will be invited to Ahmedabad for meeting the players of Rajasthan Royals. One return journey free air ticket in economy class will be provided to the winners from the nearest airport to the place of residence of winners. The winners will be provided free hotel accommodation in Ahmedabad. The winner is also entitled for one way train travel to reach the nearest airport in AC-Chair car or AC-3 Tier (sleeper) for which the fares will be reimbursed on production of actual train tickets.
   
7. The winners of match tickets will not be provided any transportation and they will have to make own arrangements. The match tickets will be for the nearest IPL match destination from your city of residence and the match tickets are non-transferable and cannot be encashed.
   
8. The employees of Paras Pharmaceuticals Limited and its associate/group companies and Ignite Mudra and their family members are not eligible to take part in the contest.
   
9. The winner unconditionally agrees that Paras Pharmaceuticals Limited and its affiliates shall have no liability and shall be held harmless by the winner for any injuries, losses or costs resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of a prize, or from participation in this contest.
   
10. The Company reserves its right to alter, modify, change, extend, cancel this contest or amend the rules of the contest at any time without giving any prior notice. The Company also reserves its right to extend or modify or terminate earlier the validity period of the contest at its sole discretion at any time without giving any prior notice. The decision of the Company in this regard shall be final and binding to all the participants and winners.
    
11. The decision of the Company shall be final and binding with respect to interpretation of the rules of the contest to all the participants and the winners.
    
12. The winners of air tickets will be governed by the terms of issue of air tickets and rules and regulation of respective airlines. The Company undertakes no responsibility for any loss or damage caused directly or indirectly for any delay, cancellations, etc. of the airlines. The winners of all other prizes will be governed by the warranty or the guarantee issued by the manufacturers.
    
13. Paras Pharmaceuticals Limited will not be held responsible for match cancellation or change due to internal disturbances, unforeseen circumstances or natural calamity or vis-major.
    
14. All disputes are subject to Ahmedabad jurisdiction.
